This is an Offline CircleMUD 3.0 bpl11 compatible World Editor for Windows NT 3.51+ or 
Windows95.  It was originally a Lab for one of my classes, but I have decided to distribute
it, and I consider it to be one of the best offline editors I have ever seen.  It will 
word-wrap long descriptions (only ones that are meant to be multi-line), It will sort unsorted world,
mob, etc. files.  The lab required something grahical, so I will show how many mobs of each level there 
are in a zone in a nice little graph.  It is freeware, all I want is an e-mail 
saying that you are using it, and what you think of it.
